Build Process

Take a look at an overview of our garden room building process below. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to Get in Touch

Day One: Ground Screws and Base

With the majority of our builds we provide the base and for this we use Ground Screws.

This installation process provides a quick, easy and mess free solution. Our specialist equipment removes the need for soil removal offering a quick, clean, green foundation solution.

Using this system allows us to avoid underground pipes and also tree roots which can be important if a tree in your garden has a Tree Preservation Order (TPO).

Day Two: Walls up, doors and windows in and roof on

By the end of the 2nd day your room is watertight.

Due to the unique wall panels we use we are able to construct your insulated composite wall in a day.

The insulated roof is also in place by the end of the 2nd day with the EPDM rubber roof laid ready for gluing.

Your choice of glazing will be fitted with the final setting up to be done on day 3.

Water tight after 2 days. Not many companies can offer that.

Day Three: The final touches

This next stage can take more than a day depending on the size of room, the type of glazing and the accessories chosen.

During day 3 we glue the roof, fit the soffits, fascia and gutter. Complete the glazing and ensure everything works as it should.
